GOAT STORIES! And yeah, that's true. But like I said, I don't think the goat thing is such a big deal, as long as they focus on getting the more important storylines right.

Goat stories you can just imagine 2030 Ted going "and so kids the goat..." and then the kids "no dad we're fed up of hearing about the goat!".

Yay! New board! I didn't love the Goat like I loved Sandcastles in the Sand but it was good.

I don't really care about the Goat. I care about the line where he said that Robin was living at the apartment. How does that happen?

Well... I guess that Marshall and Lily are going to move out at some point, and maybe Ted can't afford the rent on his own? Hence the Robin-moving-in thing...

i was thinking maybe she's the one who couldn't afford the apartment anymore. i mean, he's an architect, i can't imagine a situation in New York city where he would get fired and NOT be able to find a new job quickly. Robin being the one with money problems seems a little more realistic.
there obviously could be other reasons.

I could see Robin getting fired from her job and being forced to move in with Ted... or something to that effect. Because otherwise, she established that she likes to live alone.

i agree, but the circumstances would be different this time.
They wouldn't be together, rather, they would be roommates and so the pressure wouldnt be so bad.

And about the pressure... I guess they'd be broken up for almost 2 years at that point so, yeah, it'd be okay I guess. Interesting, but okay.

It would make for an interesting change in the fourth season, since Lily/Marshall would have moved out and into there new home by then.

So, that basically just leaves Barney... alone. Wonder how long Ted is going to be angry with him? If it were me, it would probably take some time. I mean, hey, look at Dawson's Creek... they weren't really friends after the whole incident. But, this is much less dramatic situation.

Eek, let's not compare HIMYM to DC... I have traumas!

But yeah, I don't see B/T being apart for too long... After all, Ted & Robin don't have such a *long* history together... Basically she's just another ex who stuck around as a friend.
