I always thought most NB-ers liked them because of the books? (I haven't read them but supposedly they're "soulmates" or something in there?)

past-infinity: NB is great in the books (except for the fact that Nate is, like, a huge stoner and kind of dumb sometimes). I actually really like them in the books. But that does not translate to the show at all. I've hated NB since the pilot.

on the topic of the books - I will forever ship Blair/Aaron. best book relationship, hands down, which is why I was so MAD they ruined Aaron on the show.
