they find comfort with each other, their eyes always searching for the other,

JJ stands by Hotch she is his sound board and you can see when the other in in destress the other is right there for the other,

in the plane scene in risky business, Hotch was very concern for her he knew something about this case was hard for JJ and that she was struggling, JJ found comfort in hotchs eyes

Hotch concern for JJ kepted growing as the case moved on, He knew that he had to be there for her showing her that she had his support and if she needed him he was there

the end, when JJ finally told Hotch about her sister, Hotch knew that Finally JJ was letting down her protected guard and letting him know about her sister, Hotch went to comfort JJ but they ended up comforting each other, You can see that JJ needed hotch to know he will be okay with time and Hotch needed JJ to know that no matter what he is thankful for everything she has done for him and he trusts her with one person who matter the most the one person who he will do anything to protect his son

i believe that Jotch has a very strong bond that the others wish they had with Hotch, he lets JJ see him at his worst and at his best, he feels like he can be open with JJ

i dont think JJ or Hotch realize just how close they truely are or that they have this unspoken bond of trust that they dont have with the others.

Yep, I just love how JJ could talk to Hotch about her sister and only to Hotch. I think one of the moments I love the most of this scene is the part where she starts like:

"Hotch" and then he answers "JJ (at the same time) you don't have to..."

I don't know how to explain but it was like their connection was complete in this moment

And after that JJ could just be herself completely. And the end "One day it won't hurt anymore... You'll be happy" such a beautiful quote, and I can't believe it's not overshadowing

I have internet connection problems right now, so it's a bit complicated to write on my phone. But I'm reading you guys and aaawww... everything you say about Hotch and JJ is so true

I wish TPTB would change their minds and something romantic could happen between them. They have so many great moments, it's clear that they have a special bond *sigh*

Also... so nice to see you all here. You keep this thread moving. This makes me very happy

I have this feeling that with the cem that A.J. and Thomas share, we will see them head in a romantic relationship, I mean look at them you can see that there is soo much there

Hotch and JJ have a special bond, its a bond that you dont find everyday, i mean a look a moment a smile shows they have a connection,

I believe whatever the writers will write for Hotch and JJ, it will be that cem that shows through and a love will be slowly built between the two

Hotch and JJ stay late at work, they are going over cases and seeing which one they should take next, soon they are sitting on his couch talking and laughing then her phone goes off its a detective asking for their help JJ calls the team tells them to meet at the plane Hotch and JJ get into the SUV and head to the jet where the team sees them arrive together hotch smiling at something JJ said JJ laughs as they boarded the jet Hotch sits down in a chair JJ on the arm of same chair and soon the team sees just how close Hotch and JJ are growing

To tell the truth, I don't understand how TPTB went from "JJ & Hotch share a special bond" to "Nothing romantic"

Btw, I think you forgot to add Syd to the shipper list

Syd, I would love another scene where JJ/Hotch are the only ones staying late at work but this time without Strauss

I don't know what could happen next

I just hope JJ/Will will come to terms with their relationship in S7. Maybe JJ will tell him that he's a good guy but that she doesn't love him. Or maybe Will will tell her that he knows she doesn't love him and he will give her the ring back and leave. However, them going their own way would be the best thing ever. Also, it would make sens that JJ/Hotch aren't involved in anything romantic after that. I think JJ needs some more time to realize how close she is to Hotch

Season 1 episode 13 (Poison) - On the jet, Hotch & JJ are the only two awake. JJ is already working on the team’s next case. She asks Hotchner, “Of all the departments, why did you choose the BAU?”, he admits he’s still trying to figure it out.

Season 1 episode 14 (riding the lightning) - the serial killer offers to play a card game: if Hotch wins, Jacob tells him everything, if Jacob wins, he gets to smell JJ's hair. Hotch refuses but JJ agrees to the rule. Hotch wins the card game.

Season 2 episode 7 (North Mammon) - On the flight back home, Hotch asks JJ if she ever thought about becoming a profiler since she did such a good job. She replies that, although it is nice to be noticed, the job she has now is the one that makes her happy.

Season 2 episode 14 (The big game) - JJ asks the agent if it would be okay if she goes through some files, pretending she flew all the way there and now has nothing to do. She smiles at Hotch over her shoulder as she is led to the file room.

Season 2 episode 22 (Legacy) - Det. McGee from the Kansas City Police presents himself to JJ to talk about mysterious disparitions. JJ speaks candidly to Hotch, reminding him that there may be 63 victims. Although this might be a wild-goose chase they are on, Hotch believes it’s worth it. Then JJ and Hotch find a way to get the case.

Season 3 episode 6 (About Face) - . JJ interrupts Rossi and Hotch to inform Hotch that she is ready to brief the team on their new case, and Hotch introduces them. Hotch gets protective when Rossi says they didn't have *this* 10 years ago

Season 3 episode 9 (Penelope) - Hotch abruptly leaves the offices, and Rossi explains to JJ that he's probably regretting being the team leader right about then. Later Hotch, standing directly across from Battle who has a hostage, sees JJ clearly. JJ shoots Battle right between the eyes

Season 3 episode 11 (Birthright) - As the sheriff and Reid walk off to check the park's entrances, Hotch approaches JJ. He explains that he understands that seeing all these cases come across her desk, many involving the murder and torture of women about her age, must take a toll on her. When JJ asks why he never seems to be affected, Hotch responds that perhaps he should have been.

Season 3 episode 11 (Birthright) - Hotch stands with JJ and asks if she's all right. JJ doesn't know how to answer him. She knows that if, as an agent, she stops caring about the victims she'll become jaded, but if she cares too much she'll be ruined. Hotch tells her that she has to believe she did everything she could – that's the job – it's never perfect. "It's still better to care," he advises. When she asks him if he really believes that, he is also at a loss.

Season 3 episode 20 (Lo-Fi) - JJ is surprised to see Det. Will LaMontagne, and is even more surprised when he announces that he doesn't want her on this case, "not with what's going on." Confused, Hotch asks JJ if there is a problem, and she embarrassedly admits to her listening colleagues that she is pregnant. Hotch turns to give the two of them some privacy and JJ rushes after him. "You could have told me," he whispers, assuring her that she can take as much time as she needs, but JJ insists to stay on the job.

Season 4 episode 5 (Catching Out) - Hotch shakes his head at JJ's incomparable organization and asks what the team is going to do without her when she goes on maternity leave. JJ smiles and reassures him that she won't leave him hanging.

Season 4 episode 11 (Normal) - While the team is looking at Henry, JJ steps back beside Hotch and glances at his face. "You're smiling," she whispers. Hotch tells her *they* missed her.

Season 4 episode 24 (Amplification) - Hotch tells JJ that she can't call home and tell them about anthrax. He asks her if she thinks it is the right thing to do when it could cause panic if other people learn about it.

Season 5 episode 5 (cradle to the grave) - Section Chief Erin Strauss pays a visit to Hotch's office, and JJ sees them having a serious discussion. She is concerned and asks Hotch if everything is ok, he seems lost in his thoughts and tells her everything is fine.

Season 5 episode 13 (Risky Business) - Hotch enters the galley, where JJ is pouring coffee. He thanks her for pushing the team to make the trip, which they wouldn't have done otherwise. JJ wants to tell him the reason why but Hotch tells her "You don't have to" she tells him anyway that her sister gave her her necklace before commiting suicide. She says to Hotch who just lost his wife: "one day you'll remember her and it won't hurt anymore. You'll be happy." Hotch thanks her for everything.

Season 6 episode 1 (The longest night) - JJ determines she can communicate with Flynn via the Emergency Broadcast Service. JJ struggles to get access to the EBS and, although Hotch is usually the one who deals with this part of the team's expertise, JJ is forced to become the chief negotiator when he can't make it to the broadcast center. Hotch reassures her and immediately calls her when the little girl is free.

Season 6 episode 2 (JJ) - Inside Unit Chief Aaron Hotchner's office, JJ is clear that she is not interested in the position she has been offered at the Pentagon. Hotch backs her up, explaining that JJ is under no obligation to tell him about these job offers. Alone with JJ, Hotch asks once again if she's not interested in this promotion. JJ replies, "I belong here."

Season 6 episode 2 (JJ) - Hotch gets a call from Erin Strauss, telling him that JJ's promotion is an executive decision. He tells her that JJ is a vital member of the team. Strauss tells him that she knows it's emotional for him and Hotch insists that it's not emotional. When the missing girl is found Hotch watches JJ giving a hug to the family from a distance.

Season 6 episode 2 (JJ) - Back at the BAU, JJ is collecting the files, turning off the video screen. Hotch quietly comes up behind her and she asks him when she's expected to leave. There's nothing he can do – she's been ordered to report at the end of the week. JJ is unbelieving; she has to train a replacement, but Hotch smiles and says he is not replacing her. He's hoping he can get her back. Hotch has tears in his eyes as he reaches out to shake her hand. He tells her that he'll miss her and hurries off to his office.

Season 6 episode 18 (Lauren) - Hotch called JJ back to help the team find Emily. At the end of the episode JJ & Hotch are the only one knowing Prentiss is still alive and have to pretend that she is dead with the rest of the team.

My idea for will and jjs break up

Will watches as JJ grows closer to Hotch who is secretly in love with JJ, then one night after a very bad case, Hotch and JJ find comfort in each other it feels so right like JJ can be herself that his touch is all she needs Hotch runs his hand along the side of her face as he leans down and kisses her in a way that she has never been kissed before

The next morning, JJ wakes up in hotchs arms and bed, JJ heads home wher will tells JJ that they need to break up she says why will says that your heart doesnt belong to me it never has go be happy and know that we will take care of henry the three of us JJ says the three of us will says Me you and Hotch JJ kisses will on the cheek then she leaves heads over to Hotchs place

Hotch opens his door sees JJ standing there she steps forward kisses his lips and says i am yours if you want me Hotch smiles and pulls her into his arms and kisses her on the lips then they enter the apartment shutting the door and the rest of the world out

Also, Erica Messer said there would be nothing romantic in S7 that's why it won't happen

I would love to see this one as well. They don't have to break up because of Hotch, but if the writers decide that the relationship is not working, they should end it.

i joined back in 2005 was on for 2 years but then i lost my password and i had a hard time remembering it

truth is i am willing to bet that Hotch and JJ are going to grow closer and feelings will begin to grow, we will see Hotch and JJ see each other in a new light as their feelings grow their love story begins
