Jess: I know what you mean. I used to read so much. As a kid I even read 10 books each week. it was the maximum I could rent at the library. But all of the sudden I just stopped reading, because I had so little time. And then a half year ago I saw this challenge and it got me to reading again. I know make time for it and I love it again. it also cost me a lot of money lol, but it's great to finally read again.
Goal: Read 25 books from July 1 - December 31. 1. Dot.Homme by Jane Moore (464) 2. Welcome to Temptation by Jennifer Crusie (416) 3. The Last to Know by Melissa Hill (385) 4. The Second Summer of the Sisterhood by Ann Brashares (400) 9. The Third Summer of the Sisterhood by Ann Brashares (352) 10. The Undomestic Goddess by Sophie Kinsella (416) 11. Sex or Solo by Jil Karoly (239) (read in dutch) 12. Sex and the City by Candace Bushnell (304) 13. Bachelorette #1 by Jennifer O'Connell (304) 14. Seeing Me Naked by Liza Palmer (320) 15. Fast Woman by Jennifer Crusie (436) 16. The Private Lives of Pippa Lee by Rebecca Miller (239) 17. The A-List: Hollywood Royalty #1 by Zoey Dean (256) 18. Two Woman by Harry Mulisch (128) (read in Dutch) 22. Confessions of a Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella (320) 23. Shopaholic Abroad by Sophie Kinsella (329) 7138 pages. __________________

I'm not going to read 50 books or even come close to 50,000 pages.
However, I will start a 25,000 page challenge for myself. I haven't been reading like I should and I want to start back again. SO Jan. 1, 2009 my journey will begin. I'm so excited. |

I can't wait to do this in '09! I've always wanted to, however, I always forget and start late. Resulting in me forgetting the books I had read.
