I want to know how the writers are going to handle Juliette taking Maddie's song. Wish it would be resolved very quickly, but I'm afraid it will be a long drawn out drama.

According to some promo, Juliette is holding hands with Avery and crying as they sit on the couch. Wonder if the song may have something to do with that.

That song Juliette took from maddie is so not Juliette tbh. It sounds like a Lady Gaga song. I hope she won't sing it but actually give it to maddie later maybe.

I think Hallie and Avery's touchy-feely behavior is the reason she is crying. Info says Avery and Deacon are blown away by Hallie's sound. Probably makes Juliette jealous considering what she's going through with her music. I wish Avery and Juliette would write together again, but that doesn't seem to be the direction the new writers are going.

The new writers have no idea what they're doing. They're just writing stuff bc they get paid for that. But they don't put all their energy and heart in it.

I know. Sometimes (Most times lately) I feel the characters are not the same people on Nashville b/c they are written so differently.

I disagree. More like juliette would mean to show her support system with glenn and emily, to show more her relationship with avery etc. Plus the real Juliette would never steal a song bc first she is talented enough to write her own hit song plus especially if she saw someone is suffering, like maddie in that case for her courage against the corrupt cops, she would've never hurt her even more by pretending to support her and then stealing her song. I mean juliette was bitchy yes, but not totally heartless. In my eyes the writers are desperately trying to make juliette again like before, but are failing bc their approach is way too clumsy and ridiculous. I think nashville has reached a new low with the last few eps (Don't get me wrong i'm not ranting against you but against marshall and his nuts). The writers have to be fired. Won't happen but would be needed to make this show better.

Sorry, Jp, but I tend to agree with LF on this. Like the "old" Juliette, she is still driven by her passion to stay ahead in the music business....no matter what, but she still has some inborn guilt attached to her un-thought-out and rash actions to get and keep her on top.
