Probably Lexa 'cause she's been trained to fight from an early age and I think Helena is more... a force of nature? I don't remember her getting specific training, but I might be wrong.

Difficult to say, I think Jack would be more prone to actually engage while Ron would shut it down and simply remove himself from the conflict 'cause he doesn't respect Jack.

For clarification, I'm watching the animated series which is apparently called The Clone Wars. But out of that I like Obi Wan (as I do) and I really enjoy the clones, they get good moments. And Yoda.
