After season 1, it's hard to understand why Kelso and Hyde are friends. That being said, one of my favorite moments of theirs is in the season 1 episode "The Keg". Eric and Donna cut class and get in the Vista Cruiser -- and in the process wake up Kelso and Hyde, who were sleeping in the back seat.

Hyde and Kelso were clearly partners in crime until Jackie entered the picture.

I would have liked to see them seem a little closer again after they got through the Jackie issues. I would have liked to see Kelso once and for all at peace with Jackie and Hyde and Hyde and Kelso as well as Jackie and Kelso be able to be close.

Yeah! Maybe they could've reclaimed some of the pre-Jackie friendship. Kelso would've had a lot of apologizing to do, first, though. And he'd also have to demonstrate that he was no longer a self-entitled narcissist.
