Andrea moved on from Brandon and stayed great friends throughout but back then I was a huge shipper of them so it disappointed me big time that they didn't get it together after 3 seasons of "maybe or maybe not". They were the first pairing I shipped then Brenda/Dylan. But I think it was the right decision to not have them as a long term relationship - would have been great in HS though

The show was totally going for them in S1. Brenda/Dylan and Andrea/Brandon were the only certain couples, so to speak. In Spring Dance, at some point I thought we were going to get Donna/Steve and Kelly/David

I could see if Kelly/David happen, it could've lead to one of lessons that teaches a geek can get a girl like Kelly if he tries hard enough.

I didn't like Donna doing comedy at all... Except when it was unplanned. Steve was funnier.
For a brief moment in Spring Dance I though they could have worked out as two outcasts no one wanted in their cool group, but writers did not have such plans. That would also not be attractive for the viewers, I guess. __________________
