I would probably say S4 when Cindy said "So, Kelly, you're going on this retreat with Brandon." And Kelly replied something like, "It's because he can't leave home without me."

I know that's not really a bonding moment but I really thought it was cute. But to me, most of their bonding was in S5. My favorite was the one where they were discussing over ice cream about Jackie modeling with Erin.

Great picks, Rachel. I like to think that Cindy was pretty fond of Kelly as Brandon's girlfriend. I don't recall her doing a ton of interacting with his other girlfriends, other than after Emily tried to light the float on fire.

I have a feeling that Cindy always loved Kelly, even before Brandon and Kelly were dating. Kelly was part of the family. I felt when Brandon and Kelly started dating, Cindy and her got even closer.

Yes, I remember that too. I always think, how things will change.

In the beginning, Kelly didn't want to come into the house and Cindy seems to despise her spoiled ways. By the end of the season, I think Kelly was spending a lot of time in the house and Cindy saw her as sort of a daughter.
