If the 3 cylon starbases that are carrying Natalie and her faction of 2s, 6s and 8s gets destroyed all of the rebel cylons will be destroyed too, since there is not resurrection ship near enough. Of course they may get away in heavy raiders.

If not there is Athena on the Demetrius and Caprica 6 on Galactica but they would not have the memories of the cylon rebellion. Leoben could be on a raider trying to reach Kara or going to un-box D'anna.

I hope we get answers next week. I'm really looking forward to the next episode.

Natalie is the Six that is leading the cylon rebellion on the starbases. She is the Six in the "last supper" picture on the far left side pointing toward Helo and Athena ( I think that's who she is pointing to). Caprica Six is in the center of that scene so there are 2 Sixes in it.
