I loved Dana so much and the boys gave her so much trouble sometimes. I also really loved her relationship with Issac. The first episode of S2 is my favorite SN episode so I'm excited for you to start watching the next season.

The network was dropping the show but it was offered a slot on HBO which was just getting into the tv show thing provided that Aaron stayed with the show and agreed to write all the episodes for the first year as a sticking point. At that time he was shopping around TWW and preferred to stay on with that and write on that and though they tried to deal without his being tied to the project for a year they couldn't get HBO to agree and so it was dropped completely.

Aw man. Yeah, hate that he gave it up, but like yall, don't regret The West Wing. I can imagine it woulda been a tough choice for him, though.
