Well... I guess it can be Isaac... Or maybe Sylar... I mean, everyone's a possibility, Nathan just seems like the most logical choice. You never know though.

It could be Sylar, but in that case I don't think he would want to kill his daughter to take over her power.

Maybe that's why Sylar would stop going after Claire, because he finds out she's his daughter? But then again...that's just too easy, and too boring.
Part of me hopes that it's Nathan. But then Peter would be Claire's...uncle? Will be interesting to see Hiro's father and sister, and if/what their abilities are.  |

LOL, I kind of think it's her dad now, the HRG. But I guess Nathan is also possible. We've been seeing him in a more superficial way, so it's hard to think of him as someone connected with his powers when all he does is mock it.
BEsides, if NAthan is Claire's dad, the pairing Peter/Claire would just be soooo gross. |
