Yes, he did. But Buffy season 3 was his final season on Buffy because after season 2 Joss Whedon was impressed and decided to give David his own spinoff show as Angel, and Cordy and Wesley went with him.

Oh, when Faith was around that was Angel. He was pretending to be Angelus to trick Faith into thinking that he was on her side. Angel and Buffy were trying to take down the evil Mayor who was a Cthulhu-like elder god.

Was there an Adam on Buffy? I was referring to Adam Warlock from Marvel Comics, one of the Guardians of the Galaxy and the guy who always beat Thanos.
