there's a commercial where this old lady [presumed to be a witch] turns people into cats.... lol...real US commercial... the company airs that commercial every late September and all of October... then the Christmas - Santa commercial start...b/c you don't have to pay copywrites or hire an actor to play Santa....lol

A lot of adults do act like teenagers..maybe that's what the writer of the episode was trying to convey??
