Well, I didn't mean love in the love kinda way, but she thinks he just used her and that's not true. He definitely cares for her and she ought to know that.

Oh and in my book he ought to save her now. Because she "saved" him when Abruzzi cut the toe of and then he came to save her during the riot. Now he kind of "owes" her one because she left the door unlocked. It's a little bit like a game.

But he did use her.....originally, but yeah, it became something more. She does know that, now she just has to believe it.

Exactly. I think she doesn't want to realize that he cares for her because, to put it the hard way, no-one ever really liked her. They all kind of used her and so did he in some way, so she wants to think that he is like the others. That's easier than believing he cares for her.

I won't comment on all of that, since I disagree, about the no one ever truly liking her part......................but I do see how if that is the case, it would definitely factor in to how she's feeling right now.

The thing is I think she does know that and that was part of the reason that she left the door unlocked and what caused her to fall off of the wagon so to speak....


I don't think Lynn meant no one liked her in the literal form, but more so that people she thought were friends, in her past, used her to get needles and what not for their habits. We saw that with her ex bf in the flashbacks eppy showing her walking down the street and "surprising" him with some syringes...

I don't know exactly what you think about that part, but even if she was a hypocrite at that point, helping him and then not being able to cope with it, it would fit. Or maybe she simply doesn't want anyone to like her. Maybe, if she is as weak as you say, she wants him to save her then. Maybe she wants him to prove her that he cares for her I'm not good at this, am I?

On another note, the getting people to like or not liking her thing. Remember the only person she wants to "like" her, her father, doesn't seem to care unless he needs her for image reasons as being a family man you know....
