^ Yes, indeed. They both took a chance on each other, hoping that they had connected in a way that meant a lifelong bond. It might have taken them some time to truly believe it, but I'm sure they felt some comfort and relief everytime they saw evidence that their bond was just as important to them as it was to the other person.

^ I think that's how it will go. =) I think they felt it the moment they met, but they didn't trust that it was a permanent thing until they had more interactions and they saw that the other person kept showing up.

^ I think so too. Do you think there was a specific moment that convinced that their bond was going to be a lifelong thing? If so, do you think it was the same moment for both of them?

^ Ah. I'm sure one of those off-screen moments was the offer that he made to Riley in Girl Meets Home for the Holidays where he invited her to join him on his assignment and she extended the offer to Maya. I can imagine Shawn and Maya getting to know each other a lot better, setting the foundation for the beautiful bond between them that they will have for the rest of their lives.

^ Right? Maya's interactions with Shawn when he showed up in Girl Meets Master Plan was definitely less frosty compared to Girl Meets Home for the Holidays.

^ Yes, indeed. They definitely got to know each other better when she joined Riley on his assignment. I can't imagine it took Shawn very long to show Maya that he was a good guy.

No, I think he had already pretty much won her over that Christmas, & then the trip afterwards just solidified it

^ Oh, that is so much better than what I posted. I agree. The ice had definitely thawed by the end of Girl Meets Home for the Holidays. They just needed a little bit more time to solidify their bond, which is what the assignment did for them.
I love that Shawn figured out how to make Maya stop crying all on his own. __________________

^ It was so much fun to see! I wonder what he would have said or done if she hadn't accepted his offer to buy her clothes. =p
