My guess is Amelia gets cold feet and then she goes through with it only for the wedding to stop because April goes into labor. I think that's why they just get married at night in the rain like people who saw the filming of Amelia in her wedding dress said. It would also be in character with Amelia not wanting a big wedding.

Well I just hope they end up married in the finale. I do think it's a bit soon, but since they're already at the wedding day, I don't want them to cancel. Plus, it'll be so adorable

She said she is going to appear in finale. Why would she appear now? I just wonder if Meredith going to call her. I mean, her ex is getting married to her best friend dead husband sister.
