Let's say if it happens, she won't tell him. This could mirror Ellis/Richard's storyline.. since this is a heavy theme this season.

If it happens, she won't tell him because she knows he won't go then. It would be a perfect mirror of Ellis not telling Richard about Maggie.

Though this leads me to believe Mer-Der end on a bad note and aren't talking much when Derek leaves to DC. I don't know. I wonder how long he'll stay away then, if he does go to DC. She would have to tell him eventually, and I would hope she wouldn't terminate or anything like that without telling him... that would be like Crowen and they would never recover from that. I don't think she would do that. I hope not. It definitely would put them in an interesting pickle, though.

My guess is she wouldn't tell him because she plans on miscarrying, since she has a hostile uterus anyway and Bailey was a "fluke."

I know it's unlikely to happen, but it would be a very good plot to Meredith, having to care for two children's and pregnancy and her job

if I think Meredith would hide to Derek pregnancy until the establishment in DC.

I think Maggie and Callie could be the supported of Meredith, in this situation.

I kind of hope she *thinks* she'll miscarry then she doesn't...and she's forced to tell him...or he calls and says he's coming home and she's forced to tell him.

That's something she wouldn't be able to hide for too many weeks... apparently episodes 8 & 9 are back-to-back, though, from what it looks like with April's pregnancy timeline [I've been following it trying to piece together the timeline].

Kind of hope Amelia will be Meredith's secret keeper. Don't see her telling anyone else for a long time, if this happens. Amelia could find the test.
