I think it's possible she was so biased to Josh, whatever she saw, she decided was Mischa's fault. I think Rachel was as prone to everyone else when it came to forgetting how young Mischa was when it suited whatever they wanted to think.

It's really disheartening how common it is, for people to find someone with significantly less power than them or someone they have power over.

And I think people lose sight of these things sometimes. Other times, it's deliberately predatory. But sometimes they genuinely lose track of the power imbalance.
