There is NOTHING about the noir genre that suggests there can't be a stable romantic relationship. Also, not all depressing material is noir. LOL. Noir is a SPECIFIC genre, and one I have to understand as a cataloger, and it's very clear to me at this point that Rob does not.

Imagine having someone as talented as Jason, playing a character as complex as Logan, and thinking it's a dead limb you need to chop off. Imagine how limited you have to be as a writer to have that viewpoint.
