I remember being very disappointed with Lorelai. She basically turned Luke down , but ended up with Max. Kissing infront of a very hurt Luke

I know! It made me so mad that she did that! Who in the right mind would chose Max over Luke? Not me. Max never did much for me except annoy me.

I liked Max and I also liked them being together but since it was s1, I knew it wouldn't last anyway. Besides, it hurt to see Luke so hurt everytime he saw them together.

Same here. That look when he sees Lorelai & Max together just kills me. But I love how she shares pieces of herself with Luke and just him (the snow story)....And that episode has one of my favorite teasers ever!
