My dad sings in two church choirs (he's nearly 83) and I went to a concert he was in last night in our abbey. I'm so proud of my dad and all the performances by the choir, soloist and pianists were amazing as always. :love: I hope we'll get some photos soon.
The soprano soloist is called Marisa Johnson and she sat in front of me with her husband when she wasn't performing so I was delighted to be able to speak to her. She told me she's touring too, so that was great news. :)
She's a lovely lady with an outstanding voice and I made a couple of banners of her, using a pic of her I found on the net and a couple of my own photos of the abbey and the flowers outside it in the summertime.
