Woah! That's crazy and really dangerous. How could the driver be so totally unaware of the damage they're causing?

My thought was they actually put those out like that to force cars to give them all the road space. I’m sad that’s how my mind actually works these days when it comes to how people are right now.

Leanne. I know what you mean about wanting my personal space. How have you been?

Good so far for me, how about you? Going to a bbq lunch at my niece's this afternoon, so looking forward to that.

I hope you enjoy it, Chris!

I am busy watching sport this weekend. Golf, tennis and F1. It has been very rainy here so I haven't been to my allotment yesterday and today.

I did, thanks. It was a lovely afternoon. Always nice to catch up with the extended family. We had hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, veggies & dip. Then cake and ice cream for dessert.

Did the people you were rooting for win?

Awesome food choices.

Only in the tennis. Berrettini won.

That's something.

Went down to the city yesterday. My son had a routine appointment with his specialist, and we visited my father in law. We also did a bit of shopping. I didn't find anything, but the boys each got new shoes and shorts.

That's nice, Chris.

I harvested some crops from my allotment this morning. An onion, a bulb of garlic, strawberries, spring onions, broad beans, new potatoes, spinach and herbs.

That's quite the harvest! I'm sure that it was all delicious. What did you make with it?

About to go downtown for the classic car show. Should be fun.

I gave my Mum most of them. I kept some spring onions, broad beans and garlic for myself and I made a very tasty fried rice with them. I also kept a few strawberries that I had with cream.

I hope you enjoyed the car show, Chris.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Home grown strawberries! They have so much more flavour than the imported ones available at the store. And the aroma just wafts off them!

Beans in fried rice? I usually stick with onions, mushrooms & a bit of leftover meat. Might have to try expanding my horizons sometime.

The car show was good. Nice variety of classic vehicles and met up with several people I hadn't seen for a while.

Need to get out for some groceries today.

I usually have peas in a fried rice but I used broad beans instead because I wanted to use my home grown ones. I bought some prawns and added them too.

I'm glad you enjoyed the car show.

It's surprising cold and windy here today. It's summer.

We had a day like that last week. It's warm again now.

Hubby had an appointment in the city, and then we did some shopping. I bought new capris, jeans because they were on sale, a nightgown and shoes. A very productive day.
