That's a fun episode, and I agree the lessons about gossip are pretty timeless. It has a good subplot too, with some of the first signs of Spinner and Ashley's true love for each other coming to light.

        "Liberty, we're on!" cordysummers.tumblr.com If I were to rank the most embarrassing moments I think this one would make the list. Liberty was annoying with her persistence to do the announcements but I didn't want her to bomb that bad. I was even upset with Ashley a little for not preventing it (like she could have). But Ash didn't get any satisfaction out of it and had her moment of comforting Liberty so it was all good. I love those little Degrassi moments where two characters have this mutual understanding. __________________

I have been watching Even Stevens and the YouTube playlist mixed in the DTNG episode Family Politics. It fits in well and had be wondering what it would have been like if Ashley, the good student big sister, would have had JT, the class clown, as a step-brother instead.
