So I'm bumping this baby back up way back from the dead because of something that bothered me while watching the new episode. In Paige's dorm room , we see that she has pictures of Alex and Marco, yet somehow she doesn't have a picture of her best friend for the last five years. I guess that's typical, though, given how much they forgot about her while she was on the show. It's still a pretty lazy and bad oversight on the part of TPTB, and one that's hardly unique to Hazel.

^ITA It's a blatent disrespect to the character; I haven't heard her mention Hazel once. And sure that happens when they go to different colleges but can we atleast get a off camera phone call.

Although, they may need to have paid Andrea Lewis royalties for use of her image as she is no longer contracted to the show

Hmmm, maybe. I agree that it was very odd, considering Hazel was an extension of Paige. I'm more disappointed that there's no reaction about J.T. from Paige, but that friendship was never the same after s3 so I was 90% sure it would be like that.

It is ridiclous that there was no mention of Hazel at all this season. Jesus they could have had Paige at least say something about her being away at college or something. They act like the girl never existed on the show for the past 5 years.

I miss Hazel, I at least wish I know where she went! Especiallly since things ended so badly with Jimmy and then Paige dated Alex and things got heated then. I miss when it was Jimmy/Hazel, Spinner/Paige. It should have stayed that way.
As for Andrea, she was on the Nickelodeon movie Spectacular...anyone happen to catch it? |
