My comfort seasons were seasons 2 and 3. For me, that era of the show was magically addicting and not too complicated with UST or the ever changing mythology too confusing yet.

I honestly don't think the UST was ever hard to take, it's only like that when you put their romance in a vacuum. I know that I don't watch the show and desire for MS to hook up, it's not about that for me. I kinda get annoyed when people complain incessantly about the lack of physical contact between them. That's why I'm glad CC didn't make their romance the focal point of the show and instead focused on the stories.

I hardly noticed UST between them during the first run. But my first rewatch, I was like "woah, wtf is this???" as early as "Beyond the Sea".

OMG same! The first time I watched the series, I was completely engrossed in the stories, especially the mythology. But when I started rewatching the episodes with Kia, that's when I noticed something going on between them!

Seasons 4 and 6 are the best seasons in my opinion. Hmm dunno about my comfort season though, I guess that would be season 3 maybe as it’s the one I’ve seen the most and am the most familiar with? It has a lot of fun MotW’s that you can just chill with without all of the angst from later seasons

I love S6 and S3 so much. I don't know which would be my comfort season but S7 did give me a lot of warm feelings lol.
