Ehhhh...back when I was in high school, I watched an episode of America's Next Top Model where they went to Australia and the models had to learn some Australian slang for a Cover Girl commercial they were filming. They even did a whole little segment where the models interviewed random Australians on the street and asked them to teach them a little bit of the colloquialisms. I picked up a few expressions then and looked up a few more online because I found it all really interesting! As of late, I've been trying to get back into it because there's uber cute Aussie guy in my chem. class (who I've been trying to push up on since school started

Also, I just picked some of it up from reading the comments from other Australians who've posted on LOST messageboards a while back ago. That's one thing I love about being a LOST fan: that the fanbase is so international. It's super fun interacting with people all across the world who share the same interest in the show and noticing all of the difference in their speech patterns...Also, I love Kylie Minogue music!...So, yeah, that's how.

Sorry, I just think world slang is an interesting thing to study, I didn't mean to freak you out.

Yeah, I remember last season some of the special features were up on YouTube before the DVDs were released here in America. You lucky Australians!!

of making our OP even better than it is now. The art is gorgeous no doubt but who says we can't even make a better OP with more arts righttt?

So if anyone wants to help me/send in arts/have suggestions we should all post it hereee.

& I was thinking we should finish it before the premiere?

Awww #9 was eliminated. That's my favorite pre-Season 5 Suliet scene! It's really the beginning of Suliet as we know it and it's just so symbolic. Sawyer kisses Kate goodbye, is washed clean by the ocean and then starts his life fresh as James with Juliet.

So I'll say #2 for this round!

And I think jazzing up the OP's a good idea! Maybe we could time it so it'd be ready for the 50th thread?
