Zoe Hart is a girl with a plan. That plan is focused around her dedication to become a doctor - more specifically, a cardiothoracic surgeon like her father, Mr. Hart. As she told Dr. Harley Wilkes, who sought her out at her graduation from medical school to offer her a position in his medical practice, "Our last name is Hart so it's pre-destined" (Pilot) . She thinks her life is perfect - until four years later, it all comes crashing down.

My favorite though is when he says that everything she does comes from the heart. I think people often forget that she never does things to intentionally hurt anyone.

Yeah, I thought that was a great scene. And it really made some positives come out of that episode. Despite everything, with the way he was talking about Zoe, his love for her was really shining through. I really felt like he was pouring his heart out even if he didn't realize that is exactly what he was doing.

Yeah, it really was! He knew everything about her. The big things and the little things. It reminds me of when Wade mentioned all the crazy things that Zoe did when she first moved to Bluebell and Zoe said "You forget nothing" but when it comes to her, there is no way that anything would slip Wade's mind.

Yeah, he does. He took her for everything she was, good and bad. One of my favorites scenes was when Wade was telling Sylvie that part of loving Zoe was dealing with her craziness.

Yes he really did. Judson, Joel, and even George all either saw her craziness as a negative or was completely overwhelmed by it. But Wade just took it for what it was and always welcomed it. I have always loved the moment at the end of S2 when Wade said that he loved all her drama and that it was entertainment for him because then later in that episode you see that everyone else saw the drama as a really bad thing.
