Krystal, thanks for starting this thread up again. Look forward to all new Scott family scenes now that Lucas HCM has been revealed. I have to give Lucas credit for revealing the truth himself instead of having it come out some other way....it would be a worse turn out than it was.

I think we were on thread # 3 or something as for title, can't remember the one we had before. You can always put a new one up...something like "Bc this family will stick together."

Great episode last night even if Lucas wasn't around. It was sweet to have Nathan come back out wearing his brother's jersey for the game. But part of me really wanted to have Lucas there so both Bros could beat up on Damien for his choice of words at Haley and pushing her. It would have been on.

Nice NH scene where Nathan asked Haley if she's heard about Lucas or Karen. He misses and is worried about his big brother.

Although I loved that the episode was Nathan-basketball centered, I felt bad for him at the same time seeing him exhausted for putting forth so much effort. It was for a great cause...however if Lucas there was he would help carry the load with his brother. But I'm sure Lucas would be proud...especially since Nathan was playing Lucas "jump shooter" role in the game.

I'm glad that Lucas and Nathan have re-kindeled their friendship/siblingship lol. They were always better together when they were friends.. and could stand each other!

Lucas will be very proud of his brother... knowing that he went through all of that just to keep his team in the playoffs

I agree Pat... I did love the episode, even if Lucas wasn't there... I enjoyed seeing Nathan put some much effort and attention into the game. It was wonderful to see him wear Lucas's jersey, I know Lucas would have loved seeing that.

Did anyone else notice that Damien's # was 33, which just happens to be the # Dan wore? I thought that was an interesting parallel.

Mel- Thanks for getting this thread title and number up, hun. I actually had the title and number PMed to me, so I did an edit, hope you don't mind. On a sidenote, hee, I see you were finally able to get that avi changed, lol....

Back on topic, I really want a scene with all three of these people in one room, but I do have to admit I was really happy that even though Lucas was MIA this episode, we still had mentions of him, and that he was still connected.

I really thought it was telling when Haley mentioned him and she touched on the fact that Karen didn't want to have to be around the tournament, etc.... and then we get Nathan who ends up wearing his jersey. I really like how that played out, because I really think that Lucas is going to be living vicariously through Nathan in regards to basketball, and I'm really thinking that's going to be part of the thing that helps Lucas cope with no longer being able to play... Just knowing Nathan's kicking butt and taking names for both of them....

Also, umm, Dan.... I was like oh heavens... I almost really wanted to feel bad for the guy, seriously. I mean he missed the huge game, and you can tell that was killing him, he stood up for Haley, and then he tried to almost apologize to Nathan, or whatever that was....I'm hoping as the last two episodes play out we see him more and more in relation to all of the Scott family, and figure out just a bit more in regards to where his head is.

I'm thinking with the wedding, there will be some Scott Family moments. Even if it's just something simple, I'd love to see Lucas and Haley, and then Lucas and Nathan, having talks before the ceremony.

On another note, yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to any and all Scott interaction the wedding may bring. I mean really all of them will be roaming around the same place at the same time, give us a litttle something, lol... I just have this feeling we may get lucky and get LN, LH, and LHN for sure, if they throw Dan, Karen, and/or Deb into the mix, I'll be a happy girl... Lets keep our fingers crossed, hee.

Mel, I didn't catch at first Damien's #33 number....I was too distracted by seeing the phenomenal James play and besides Damien lines were BAD to focus on him.

I have to agree in wanting a Scott family scene at NH's wedding...from the promo it looks like Lucas does another toast speech for them. I can't wait to hear what he says this time...after everything they've all been thru...it's nice to see two people in your family in love and working thru their problems and staying together at the end. That obviously doesn't happen alot in Tree Hill.

I do love speeches from Lucas. It does seem like he will give a toast for them, which I'm sure will be phenomenal like usual.

As much as I want the wedding to be about NH, I do hope there is a ton of Scott Family stuff (LHN) in there. Now that's a triangle I support.

^^ I'm a big fan of Haley's interaction with both boys too. I really hope the wedding gives us some cutie LH bff stuff in addition to the NH and LN stuff. I really want some goodness with all three of them together too, I'm not even trying to be picky really. I just love really all of them when they share scenes. I mean honestly, I'd love to see most combinations of Scotts at the wedding, including throwing Karen and Dan etc into the mix too.
