And actually, I think OTH will work even better as a college show. It just seems there could be so much more to do with them in college. They don't have to keep them "in school" all day or they could show them taking various classes. Plus, everyone could move up on the basketball team...heck Whitey could even coach college basketball.

I could see Brooke or Peyton getting involved with one of their professors as well.

Also, if Nathan and Haley were separated, college would be the perfect place for those two to have a secret reconcilation. Could you imagine the two of them sneaking around? Kind of like Chandler/Monica on Friends. Would be so funny. Luke would all be confused, cause he'd start to notice Nathan and Haley acting different around him.

Imagine:

Luke: <knocks on door> Nathan, open up...I forgot my keys.
Nathan: <opens door> Hold on. <throws them at him> There.
Luke: You seriously going to stay in tonight?
Nathan: Yeah man, I...got alot of studying to do.
Luke: <WTF face> Jeez...I figured when we got to college, you'd be the first in line for the beer bong.
Nathan: Well...things change.
Luke: Yeah and you have Haley to thank for that. Oops...I'm sorry I didn't mean to mention her.
Nathan: It's alright.
Luke: I'm going to go before I push my foot further in my mouth.
Nathan: When has that stopped you before?

I think that if the show had started at college, it would be a totally different show. I personally like how it's set in high school- for now. Only due to the fact that these storylines wouldn't have made any kind of affect if in college: ie- lucas/nathan/haley. the parents wouldn't have mattered, because the kids are 'adults' rather than teenagers. the marriage wouldn't have been a big deal. even the l/p/b triangle wouldn't have mattered, b/c college students tend to not carry as much drama as high school students do. I hope that makes sense, lol

Awww, thanks you guys. Nathan, Lucas, and Haley are actually the easiest to write. Nathan's got my natural sarcasm, Haley my natural wit, and well Lucas...I just kind of poke fun at him and I get the most realistic dialogue.

Jackie, the new thread looks great!

So, apparently I talk about NH and FF in my sleep! At least, I did last night!

I was sleeping because my sister was taking forever in the bathroom and so when she was done, she woke me up. I got up, got my bag and said, "Here's everything for the thread."

She said, playing along so I would talk more, "What thread?"

I said, "You know...the thread! Do you have any pics?"

She said, "What kind of pics?"

I said, exasperated by this point (still sleeping, mind you), "Naley pics!!"

She said no and I guess I stood there looking all sad and confused until I left and walked into the bathroom. I remember none of this but I guess she got a good laugh because of it!

It goes to show you that NH and FF live somewhere deep in my subconscious! Either that or I missed all of you too much....or I'm just crazy! Take your pick!

Well, at least that's better than what my sister dreamed last night. She told me Michael Myers apparently somehow broke into our house and I somehow was dumb enough to go "investigating that strange noise" and I ended up with no hands or feet. Oh and I was dead!
