I'm just laughing at the fact that DE shippers on Twitter were freaking out about them not being endgame. It just makes me smile that people were in shipping wars for 6 years and in the end nothing matters .

JP gonna do her best to fan service whiny Delena fans til the end I see. And she continues to play dumb and act as though they'll get what they want, when we all know regardless of how it ends Damon will move on next season and that's why they're so mad. Nobody has to "wait and see" anything. I do think DE fans will like the finale cause they're prob gonna go out of their way to please them but not like they'll enjoy whatever comes next.

It all comes down to end game for the shippers, and so Elena leaving means that no one gets an end game, so no one will be happy.

I mean she could always pop up in the series finale, but whatever. I get people being bitter, but it still makes me laugh at the wasted effort and how all these fangirls are crying about feeling betrayed .

There is one thing that I've learned over the years is that to me endgame isn't the most important thing when it comes to shipping.

To me if a couple doesn't have a well written buildup/journey it's not even worth it.

I have those things and the love/connection is beautiful in the end.

Then I'm happy.

Even if they aren't endgame.

People need to stop being obsessed with endgame.

It's also not as stressful.

The bigger time jump could either be originals because of hope or TVD to show how long they've been grieving Elena or moving on.

Then JP can just go on with the show and forget about Elena.

He only said he hoped they'd do it, and for all we know he probably said that after knowing about the jump in TVD, if it is them.

And if his show is doing the jump then I don't think he should/would have mentioned that.

Then JP like I said doesn't have to write much about Elena because the characters are already moving on.

I don't think she wants to actually spend time writing about whatever happens and the effect it has on the characters.
I honestly understand this being something that is better to write. The show needs to move on and that's the best way to do it.

This is JP and she could do the opposite.

As I have learned Endgame means jack crap when you have **** writers to begin with.

I shipped Dair and knew there wasn't a chance they would be endgame.

I still enjoyed what they gave us.

Dan being GG really makes none of it matter.

There isn't a true Canon.

How can there really even be an endgame?

Nothing makes sense.



This is the same with TVD too.

The way the show has retconned for DE and Damon over and over it doesn't seem like there is a true Canon for it either.

I still have no idea when Elena fell out of love with Stefan.

Also why should there be any kind of endgame between any couple, since this show has spent the past two seasons crapping on every single one of them.
