I was likewise shocked by the treatment of Gallavich last season, but I haven't lost hope entirely...yet.

So I caved and watched it. Debbie is so delusional.

Just finished it up myself.

Her storyline is beyond cringeworthy. I don't even know how to handle it without getting irrationally angry.

Exactly.

Yes, she's young but she isn't so young to not realize what having a baby means. Not to mention that she grew up a lot faster than most 15 years old so she should really know better. I do get though.

About Mickey my guess is that the actor wanted out. He seems to be busy with other stuff. It sucks because he is really good and Mickey had become one of my favorites.

Also Debbie was supposed to be smart. She is acting super dumb and delusional. I really hope she has an abortion or gives the baby up for adoption. One of her former friends had a baby so she should know how hard it is to raise a kid being a teenager.

I think the hipster invasion is hilarious. I'm glad the show is adding more comedy this season. Last season was too dark.

Oh goodness. I haven't watched yet but I knew this pregnancy story wasn't going to be good for Debbie. Seems like the writers thought the only way to keep her interesting was to make her as dysfunctional as everyone else and that's really unfortunate. She was one of my faves exactly because she wasn't like everyone else. Shame.

She always loved little kids though, from the very beginning when she kidnapped a boy from a birthday party and then running the day care. For her, it seems ideal.

I just feel like years of watching teenage Fiona struggle to raise them should have taught her a few things about how difficult it is to be a parent.

It's like, now that she hit puberty....they've decided to write her as a moron.

again, that's not unusual for teenagers. I should know, ever since my otherwise intelligent son became a teen

I agree with this to an extent. Debbie had to grow up a lot faster than most teenagers. A year ago she knew better and now the writers have decided to make boy crazy and out of touch with reality.

So so episode for me. Debbie remained delusional about the whole baby situation and Fiona's pregnancy was confirmed. Although from next week's promo it can be assumed that she doesn't know who fathered the child (she goes to see Gus). I bet it's Jimmy/Steve/whatever his third name was just to mess with Fiona and make her storylines repeat themselves yet again.

I was actually surprised that she didn't head straight to a clinic to get an abortion.

Lip and Ian didn't do much in the episode and I'm already bored with the hipster clients at the Alibi =/
