Jenna "I'm not saying 312 was the end of Jenna and you'll never see her again, but she's leaving for a bit." [source] "Jenna definitely feels scared of the girls for some reason that you'll find out. She kind of doesn't want to be around for a little while. She does these underlying things to kind of push everyone away, which you'll see as the season unfolds. She comes back with a really big bang soon." [source] "I think Jenna, now that she can see, I think that's definitely a big thing for her. And I think for the rest of the season, how that's going to play out, and is she going to become more evil because she now has no disability, or is she going to become a better person? I think Jenna knows a lot more than the audience thinks that she does. I think she's got a gentle side, and as a human being, I think she's really insecure. And I think you will kind of see that over the course of the next episodes." [source]

Lucas "We'll see Lucas in the first couple of episodes and then the last couple of episodes of the next season." Lucas is also going to tone down his creepiness and because of that, "his relationship with Hanna is going to move a little bit closer to where it started." Mona "She's like a little squirrel; she stores up her acorns, but they're radioactive acorns that turn into hand grenades ... She's back to torture our girls in a whole new way." [source]

[source] In S3b, we will "learn more about Toby's history and how he felt about being put away by Alison and her posse. The mystery of Toby, his motivation and why he'd do this to the girls is explored." [source] In 318, we're going to find out why Alison made Toby take the blame for blinding Jenna. [source] We will see a flashback of Alison visiting Toby in juvie. [source]

Wesley We will see more of him. "I think as everything becomes clearer, the audience will have more of an understanding of him." [source] He will crash at Ezra's apartment in 318 & 319. [source]

Wren "He will continue to upset the apple cart with the PLLs. And not just with Hanna and Caleb, but with the girls as well in the future episodes. He's kind of incorrigible, that Wren. He's not going to disappear. He stays on the scene and creates even more complications next season with a coupling that happens." [source] "If season 3B was a pie, Wren would be a huckleberry." Aria/Ezra Ezra will find out Aria knows about his son. "It's explosive. It's yet another huge obstacle for this couple. What we're trying to tap into is that Aria's out of her league here. This is something that most teenagers wouldn't have to deal with -- it's a lot. It doesn't mean it's insurmountable, but it definitely is a game-changer." [source] "What's so interesting about Aria and Ezra's relationship is that Ezra up to this point has been flawless, kind of like the perfect boyfriend. And I think it's so interesting that now Ezra has this secret and it's getting deeper. And once we dig in this [season], it gets more intense. Ezra will be gone for a little bit and people are going to be so angry. They're going to be so mad." [source] "You'll definitely see more of Maggie and you'll see more of his [Ezra’s] son or what you think is his son. That causes a lot of chaos and a lot of hurt for Aria and Ezra. They're sort of trying to figure out what's best not only for them as individuals but he now he has someone he has to take care of. Aria has to grow up even more and sort of figures out what she wants for her life and her future." [source]

Emily/Paige Their relationship is going strong in S3b with no rough patches. [source / source] They are "getting closer" and their storyline is "romantic". [source / source] "Right now they are definitely in love." [source] "You're going to see many, amazing Paily scenes in [S3b]. If you think you like the ones you got, wait for the ones you're gonna get. They're great." [source] "Emily and Paige are in a very good place now after the finale ... You really see what [Emily's] made of as a girlfriend." [source] "Paige sort of deals with some PTSD from being trapped in a closet and you see Emily having to care for her and life her up. Hanna/Caleb Andy confirmed that there would be a lot of Haleb scenes in S3! [source] They will be going strong in S3b. [source] "There's a lot of family issues that Caleb's going to have to deal with that definitely bring him and Hanna close together. It causes a little bit of waves, but in the end it brings them closer together and makes their relationship even stronger." [source] They will get to see together where Caleb grew up. Along with Paily, they are the happiest couple in S3b. [source]

Aria & Alison "Aria's actually sick throughout [316], so we don’t know if she's dreaming or whatever's going on. We don't know if it's real but she has an interaction with Alison, and it sort of reveals a lot. Unless they legitimately start volunteering at the hospital. I mean, crazy things are happening in 3B, especially if it was actually true that they were going to a legitimate church service

I'd prefer it not be some randomer. It's Ted, it has to be Ted!

I could see it possibly being Toby, one of the girls could finally use their head and report him ( just kidding that won't happen), or he could turn himself in - if the team turn on him when he's no longer useful and is left knowing too much, he might have to for his own safety - I can't really see it because if the police are involved that makes things difficult for the team and that's not gonna happen, but so as not to overestimate the Rosewood police, I have to consider it.

There's been so many things that could come out that would lead to any number of people being arrested, including the liars themselves, but I think you're right and it's Alison related. If it happens, maybe it's whoever stole her body/whoever the A team want them to think stole her body.

If it's true, Toby or Jenna. Not going to be happy if either of them die, though. Maybe they'll just kill off someone irrelevant, though, that needs to happen.

Yeah, but it doesn't mean she's not on set. I think the actors might have been told to not tweet so much about being on set, since the cast has been pretty quiet on that front since about 316 -- aside from the Core 4, that is.

Maybe he just means S3 in general?

That's what I'm wondering too, since I haven't seen it anywhere else either. And ABCF usually doesn't air an ad if it's not also on their website.
