New NCIS : LA viewer here--I started watching because of the Hawaii Five-0 crossover and now I'm hooked.

Why can't we have a separate NCIS: LA thread in the current TV series forums? That thread is mostly about the main NCIS show, and the NCIS: LA threads there often get lost in a sea of NCIS-only threads. NCIS: LA is now on its 4th season, can't it have its own thread? Please?

My apologies--yes, that's what I meant, that NCIS: LA should have its own board or forum and not just dumped in with the main NCIS board.

I wanted to request for a new forum, but being a relatively new user here, I lack the number of posts to do it, and am quite saddened that it doesn't even appear on the new forum poll.

I totally love this show, and to think the first episode of NCIS: LA I watched was Part 2 of the crossover with Hawaii Five-0! Since then I've watched Callen's first appearance in NCIS, and watched Seasons 1-3. Love all the characters, especially Hetty. I do miss Nate though, and wish that he'd appear more often.

Over at the H50 forums, I thought I'd repost this photo from our mod there, Lena...it's from Daniela Ruah and Eric Christian Olsen's appearance at the recent Television Critic's Association (TCA) event held in Los Angeles last week; this was taken during the day when most of the CBS stars were there promoting their shows. Don't really know the circumstances of this photo, but I'd like to think it hints of another possible crossover in the future--the photo shows Daniela and Alex literally "crossing" their legs together, heh.

The never-dull life of NCIS: Los Angeles Agent Kensi Blye (played by Daniela Ruah) this season will be shaken up a bit by the introduction of a young woman.

TVLine has learned that Abbie Cobb, who has had recurring roles on Suburgatory (playing Dalia’s gal pal Kimantha) and The Secret Life of the American Teenager (starting this week as Francine), has landed a potentially recurring role in Season 4 of the CBS procedural.

In Episode 3, there’s a character who’s introduced called Astrid — and we may well be seeing more of her in the future,” series boss Shane Brennan tells TVLine. “There’s a relationship [between Astrid and Kensi] that forms out of that episode.”

(In speaking with us, Brennan also shared an update on our Sunday morning story, noting that the mothers of not two but four cast members — Ruah, Chris O’Donnell, Eric Christian Olsen and LL Cool J — will guest-star in a Season 4 episode, playing ladies at a casino.)

Cobb’s TV credits also include recent episodes of Longmire and True Blood, plus a Season 3 run on 90210.
