The critically acclaimed drama series "Nashville" returns for a third season. In the season two finale, Rayna was left at a crossroads with marriage proposals from both Luke, her superstar boyfriend, and Deacon, her first love and the father of her oldest child. Whom will she choose? And how will she navigate the turbulent road helming her own label, Highway 65? Juliette had lost the security of her newfound love with rising artist Avery, which foundered when she cheated on him with Jeff Fordham, the record label executive who has made no secret of his contempt for her. This season she will not only grapple with that heartbreak, but also with a pregnancy.

Will's sham of a marriage is cracking under the weight of his admission to his wife Layla that he's gay, and to the cameras of the reality show shadowing their every move. Will his burgeoning career be his salvation or an albatross? Scarlett, Gunnar and Avery continue to struggle to find their muses and voices within in the music industry, and the dynamics of their careers, friendships and search for love seems to shift continually.

Rayna's daughters, Daphne and Maddie, cope with their mother's engagement as well as her ever-increasing fame, while her ex-husband, Teddy, forms a shaky new alliance with Rayna's nemesis, Jeff Fordham.

"Music City" can mean so many things to different people. In Nashville, musicians and songwriters are at the heart of the storm driven by their own ambitions. Some are fueled by their creativity and passion for fame. Others struggle to cope with the pressures of success and doing everything in their power to stay on top.

"Nashville" stars Connie Britton as Rayna Jaymes, Hayden Panettiere as Juliette Barnes, Clare Bowen as Scarlett O'Connor, Chris Carmack as Will Lexington, Will Chase as Luke Wheeler, Eric Close as Teddy Conrad, Charles Esten as Deacon, Oliver Hudson as Jeff Fordham, Jonathan Jackson as Avery Barkley, Sam Palladio as Gunnar Scott, Lennon Stella as Maddie Conrad and Maisy Stella as Daphne Conrad.

Dee Johnson ("Boss," "The Good Wife"), "The War Room," "A Perfect Candidate"), Callie Khouri ("Thelma & Louise") and Steve Buchanan are executive producers of "Nashville." The series is produced by Lionsgate, ABC Studios and Opry Entertainment.

The festival they've been filming all week is called Winterfest. I watched Aubrey filming on the set they made for it for awhile today. Mostly felt sorry for everyone having to pretend it was chilly, it was a warm day.

was she filming by herself?

TFTNT!!!!

Since the titles usually are related to most of the characters' story lines I hope the title suggested by most of you means Juliette and Avery are moving out of Juliette's house, lol.

God, she just keeps getting new songs. I hope this means she'll be written off soon. Connie and Hayden have gotten 0 original songs while this girl gets new songs almost every single week. ENOUGH!

Pictures from the festival they've been filming... blehhhhhh Luke's tour bus is there

I hope Luke's gets hypothermia, tbh.
The only way I will be interested in this festival, which is likely to take up most of the episode, is if Avery performs. Juliette is definitely a no show considering she will be super pregnant by the time this takes place.

Well for sure Avery will be moving out of his sad dad appartment to move in with his wife but I think the Juliette house will be around for a bit longer at least.

I won't even comment on the song thing other than saying that the fact that only Chris, Chip, Will Chase and Aubrey are the only ones who had original solos release on iTunes so far this season is the most frustrating thing ever.

Luke's tour bus is also Juliette's tour bus and they use it to haul around a lot of their equipment.

I hope Juliette and Avery get a minivan too!!! :lmao: Yeah, I assume Juliette's current house is part of the fixed sets BUT they could get rid of half the useless cast and use the money from those salaries to build them a new house
Layla's ridiculous over-exposure better be the kiss of death for her, tbh. Aubrey can't pull off all the dramatic scenes being thrown her way. Part of the show's problem is getting so many awful "actors" to interact with Connie, Hayden, Chip and JJ or to just steal away screen time with little to no talent. No one can take a show seriously when you have the FAB Four and the likes of potato SEAN, Layla, etc sucking all the oxygen from the story lines the fans actually care about.

Jjou 10-24-2014 11:05 PM

ITA. Too many mediocre passengers on the show, totally shown up by how good Connie, Hayden, Jonathan and Chip are.
Layla's only saving grace in my eyes is that Luke turned up and usurped her as the suckiest character. I really only thought she'd last half a season but she's still around...why???? Urgh.
Hate the lack of proper music for the main characters this season too. There aren't enough good songs for a soundtrack cd at the moment and if one comes out and it's full of Luke and Layla songs I won't be buying it.

Are Juliette and Avery going to reconcile

piratewench78 10-25-2014 05:28 AM

I agree that the 311 title is a Deacon title. I feel like I'm going to be sobbing.

I wonder how long it will be before he realizes he needs the people he loves and that he has to fight to stay alive.

I really hope they don't have him keeping it a secret for very long. It would be one thing if it was just about Rayna. But he can't keep Maddie in the dark about this. She should not find out he's sick when something really bad happens and he can't hide it anymore. I hope Scarlett treats this the same way she did his hand at the beginning of S2. She's going to do what's best for him whether he likes it or not. And that includes telling Rayna herself if Deacon won't.
