Severide is really vouching for Rice to be on Squad 3. Tough time coming for Mills.

Yaya was great but I'm not into her being Severide's 454747 love interest. Hopefully with the Chicago Med spin-off starting, we won't see that much of her on Fire and she won't stay the new love interest for long.

I really thought Scott would be Dawson new love interest for some reason. I love Warren Christie and I'd die to see him play opposite Monica. I guess it could still happen. Dawson certainly need a new man in her life.

Casey is going to be heavily involved in the strip club storyline with Eric Mabius. That's too bad because while I enjoy Eric, I'm not a fan of Casey/Jesse these days so watching them acting together is going to be awful

I don't think Brett wants to break up with Cruz because is homebody. She explained that she's not really to settle down, add the fact that it looks llike Otis will start developing feelings for her starting next week...

Where the heck did Newhouse go? Last I remember he was on vacation or something.

This episode was pretty meh to for me. I liked the Mouch and Dawson/Brett storylines.

the writers just do that. here today, gone tomorrow. it's like the randomness of the past three episodes. i mean, what did having a new chief do? nothing! other than make me like welch. maybe that was the point? this whole season has just been so jarring though. another example: why did it take SO LONG for the writers to address shay's apparent murder? the emotional turmoil was gone by ep 4 imo. just weird, unthoughtful writing going on.

IF Brett is the on he develops feelings for, it will end in heartbreak. I very much doubt she'll go for him. He and Cruz are alike.

Cristopher/hiw wife and Boden/Donna. They're the only married people. All the others are singles.
