They need to check the tape. If Cody is disqualified, I think Devin was the next in line.

Damn, I was just saying I hope Cody was DQed because he does not need to be making waves this early but if Devin is next in line I need Cody to win this HOH.

Also, good to hear that Amber might put up Devin. I've read a lot about how she is very loyal to the bomb squad so I was fearing that wouldn't happen.

I mean the good thing about this season is that it's not end-all that Devin is HOH now. There's still a lot that can happen. I have doubts that this cast will be ballsy enough for it this early but still, it could happen.

worst case hoh scenario for me.......im sure brit and Donny are going back up....brit by amber and Donny by devin. cause I don't give a hoot what he said in the 'house meeting' he's totally psycho about Donny.

edit: does this mean we can retroactively disqualify jeremey and aaryn and boogie and frank now?

at least cody didn't do anything intentional.
