The voice who speaks "great house" is Josh's! Dominic voice is different They probably put one of Cole's lines in the video. Maura Tierney speaks in the video too in the beginning.

I think it's Dominic's voice. She shows him the house and he says "great house".

I watched the first season of Homeland and loved it, i need to catch up!

But sneak peeks always seem like puzzles. Dominic is looking at the house but the guy who says "great house" is not Dominic's and is probably from a different scene. Come on that's not Dominic who is saying that line

I have to say, the scenes don't really paint Dominic's character in the best light...on vacation with his whole family and picks up a waitress that had served them all. You don't see that the waitress is married too in the clips, or any background.
