Yeah, but the aesthetic is similar.

Should I even be surprised at this point? I'm sure the merger has nothing to do with any of this.

After reading it, it sounds like X-Men's version of MCU Avengers Infinity War. Seems Cyclops, and Wolverine survived and I guess they'll form a new team or something and undo it.

I guess they're trying to undo all the damage they did to Cyclops and Wolverine and restart the X-Men?

I'm getting tired of Marvel and DC constantly doing this to us. We didn't have to go through nearly this much crap back in the 70's, 80's, and 90's. Ever since Marvel did the Ultimates things have gone downhill.

It started with DC and the Crisis in the '80s, which was a betrayal of their fans and their tradition. Once DC had made big bucks off a dirty move like that, the doors were open to other companies doing the same.

Yes, I know you don't like Crisis. I think they should've done a softer reboot rather than something that radical.

Cyclops Rises from the Grave… Literally… in Next Week’s Uncanny X-Men Annual

It’s the moment you’ve all been waiting for, X-fans! After years of abuse by Marvel, painting him as a villain and killing him off as part of an ill-advised attempt to make The Inhumans happen, Cyclops is finally returning in next week’s Uncanny X-Men Annual #1. So how does cyclops come back? Well, we saw him in Kid Cable’s hideout at the end of Extermination and in the final scene of this week’s Uncanny X-Men #1. But this preview of Uncanny X-Men #1 shows Cyclops at the true moment he returns…

Fing Marvel. All I can say is this had better be good, because they owe him big time after all the bull they put him through.

Well, if they're gonna do this then they'd better get Hank Pym the fk out of the Soul World and back on Earth with his team, and then do the same with him and Janet in the MCU. If they're gonna make it up to Scott, they should make it up to Hank, because Marvel ed over both of them.

I just want the X-Men to be Marvel's top comic again.
