Ai Ninjai, yeah I compete in long distance and cross country. I mostly took it up because I was bored. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img] Shin splints suck. A girl on the team gets shin splints every year around the time for districts. I feel so bad for her when she's on the bike and wincing!
Ooh. I hate it when people I know don't say hi on those messenger things. And then when I get exasperated and IM them, they're all "Hiiii!" [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img] __________________

Long distance and cross country? cool.. I was cross country too. i loved running the hills and getting windburn [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]
