I was so incredibly p*ssed off with them today....about the power.
How ridiculous is it to ask that the whole of Perth not to have air con on a day that reached 40 degrees...otherwise you'd get a $1000 fine. I heard on the news that an 83 year old lady was sitting at home air con less because she was afraid of getting the fine. She wasn't well either. When she rang up the radio station, they told her to turn her air con on! And get this - Western Power are blaming us. I blame their management. [ 02-18-2004: Message edited p&j =true luv ] |

actually it was a $10,000 fine...
56 kids apparently fainted at my sisters school today and were sent home , its freakin ridiculous [img]smilies/rolleyes.gif[/img] all because western power didnt tell schools that they were excluded from the power reduction till the school day was nearly over.. the teachers were actually encouraging the kids to have a water fight.. __________________

Ah so much cooler today! I am getting sick from sleeping with my hair wet and 2 fans blowing on me [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] So about time it cooled down - perhaps now I can go back to my usual 2 showers a day rather than the 5 I've been having for the past 4 days! |

Guess what. Ya'll know how I am moving to London in August? Well Chris' company don't want him to quit, so they have offered to transfer him to Houston Texas! So I would get to live there!!!! It is just in primary talks at the moment BUt how cool would that be! I could be a Cowgirl! I WANNA BE A COWBOY BABY! |
