Ok - I know this is a stupid question (and I really did look in the FAQ section), but how do you get the Avatars on your block? I have tried everything. Or is it like some boards where you have to have a certain amount of posts to be eligible for an avatar? Any help is appreciated!

You have to have 100 posts to get access to uploading avaters.
