Dopplehanger is like an evil twin look alike. They never said he dated her or she was his girlfriend. I think they just made the big deal because she was similiar to Charlottte because she had blonde hair and an accent and about the same height. Otherwise I don't think they looked that much alike.

well he sure had sex with her at some point but I dont think it was a serious relationship, and no they didnt look THAT much alike, of course they looked similar and the accent but charlotte is more beautiful
