oh man. michael was REALLY GOOD TONIGHT.

i know most people don't like him, but there was something i really liked about him!
if matt was the bottom, you know he was going to be saved, without the performance. randy would have made sure of it.

OMG! Seriously? Matt in the top 3? With his voice and looks and the way he moves the stage? Megan did far worst.I feel it should of been Megan/Scott/Mike

I find it extremely hard to believe that Matt was in the bottom 2. I think they were just playing with him and the viewers.

Being first that night didn't help Matt. It was a two-hour show and a lot of good performances were toward the end.

I'm glad he's safe though. Have to vote for him next week.

My guess is Matt will get the final spot next week, just like Allison got the final spot this week after she was in the bottom 3 last week.

I don't think Matt deserved bottom 3 at all. I honestly think they were playing tricks with us to get our hearts beating. I am glad it wasn't him that went home though. There are far worse people on this show right now than him. And he isn't even bad so lol. I think it was because he did sing #1 last night that he was kind of forgetful.

Hopefully he isn't in there next week!

I don't think it's about who went 1st, but sometimes it does happen. I think it was just FOX's way of causing drama just like they did with Allison last week.

Just got home from work so i'm watching now..I'm really curious to see what the judges say about this.

I would've said the same for Allison last week but her song was painfully boring.

Maybe it didn't help, but it showed him being placed #5 or dialidol or something, and I really doubt he was ranked #9. The producers are being greedy for votes, as always, or they're trying to get you to vote for him for next week because they see him as a front runner and want to make sure the pimping is heard
