Yes, our cast was great and they made the show special despite everything & I also think that if Roswell had had support from WB maybe they would have lasted longer on the air

The problem was WB was trying to meddle. The ratings weren't great, and they did not get any significantly better in Season 2 with their mandate about more paranormal. So, the network "was" trying. They just did not have the same view of what Katims initially saw the show. Everything that was attempted did not work.

At the end of the day, if the ratings weren't there. Now a days Roswell ratings would have been wished for, as mediocre as they were. But not in the late 90's and early 00's. When Buffy, Dawson and other shows were doing better. Today, we would have gotten at least seven seasons LOL out of the show.

Of course Buffy ended up being poached by UPN... WB starting to dwindle. Which is why several years later, it merged with CW.

CW would have been made for the show. If it had been existing at the time.

It is indeed remarkable that for a show that lasted only for three years still has us here, 20 years later after it's end, debating and loving the show.

Flaws and all.

Thanks to the cast, but most importantly Jason and Shiri.

I agree it is amazing how 25 years later we still believe!

I think it shows how the core storyline and the love story touched so many of us.

And thankfully the incredible chemistry between Jason and Shiri. From Day one, but it allowed us to make through some of those extreme challenges, and storylines because of the power of the chemistry.

It was a remarkable journey, and yes, nearly 25 years later from when it began, we are still here loving it.

I do have other favorites on other TV shows but no one can hold a candle to Max and Liz!

Same here. There are others, but there are no one who is like Max and Liz for me. And pretty amazing we here nearly 25 years later and still celebrating them.

It is pretty incredible. Hard to believe. The Pilot was so incredible. Such a good introduction to the show, and the characters and Max and Liz.

We got to know the characters, and the chemistry between Max and Liz were so present. You could feel how everything had changed for Liz. She was a different person.
