when i first read fresh meat I thought they were letting some new cast members that really havent been on yet that were on either shows.

I was thinkin to my self that maybe the fresh meat team could be the people who didnt make it past the audition tapes for either shows

this morning i watched the casting special. Where did the get the new cast mates? I'm glad the RR Austin cast is on there but it sucks that the couples get attacked.

Nothing major in the special. We see clips of some of the oldies, like Coral, Tonya, etc. Then there's clips introducing several of the newbies. Some of them look pretty enteratining/interesting.
Looks like alot of drama as usual.

What is with everyone hating on the cast of RR Austin? I usually love Tina but for her to dislike 4 (well now 3 people) without knowing them?

Casey, why is she here? She's gorgeous but she's weak and just useless weight for Wes.

I think they've always sort of hated the newcomers (which I think is stupid) but I'm really tired of hearing them, especially Tina, saying it's "their" turf and they have to earn the right to be there, blah, blah. It's just really stupid.

I love that they changed things up this season by splitting everyone into 2-people teams. I'm not sure I like that they can't watch the Exile challenges but I like that Wes and Casey lied to everyone about what they had to go through. It made me laugh.

The after show was especially entertaining. I missed Coral! I can't believe Melinda said to her, "I used shampoo for colored women!" What?

I think this is going to be a good seaon, waaaaay better then the last 3....

I like the Austin cast more than a lot of the other vets, so I wasn't very pleased with the way the ep turned out. I hope things get turned around.
