With
 down a few days ago, I ended up going to the gym.  So I've been going everyday since then and I plan to do this until I get my ideal weight back.  Looks like everyone will have some holiday, enjoy girls!  It's month end for me so I'll be away for a bit but hopefully I can post here this coming weekend.  __________________

It's great that you're both able to be healthy.
I really need to get out and walk some more, but it's been so hot that I've not been up to getting much exercise. __________________

its Friday and payday

Back, whew. So glad month end is over. July is also typhoon season for us so we have to brace ourselves. Our weather bureau said that we'll get scattered rain showers this weekend but no storms yet.
