the viewing was hard to do, I don't like to get close to the casket out of fear that something is going to move. that is why I could never work at a funeral home or in a morgue.

yeah I don't want to do that much driving ever again, two days in a row is just not fun

I agree.. And one thing that I hate when people need to make drama at the funeral.. I was like do yall know that this person passed away?? Ugh..

I feel very lucky never to have experienced that at a funeral.

When my grandma died I couldn't look at her body, as I wanted to remember how I'd last seen her.

Sarah, our government has been working a long time to improve our transportation system here. It's better in the provinces of course but here in the city, it's terrible.

Jennifer, I usually don't look at caskets too but out of respect for friends (I have no problem if it's a relative), I look at them. I don't think anyone likes going to funerals. There's just a lot of sadness in these things.

Steph, is your hair dyed now or are you back to your original color?

I have never experienced it but I just have a fear it is going to happen

it being a relative was hard, they had a slideshow of pictures so I tried to just watch that and remember her that way

this weekend I have no plans but to sleep in and relax, me and my friend might hang out Sunday but its not to bad

I'm going to see my parents on Saturday.

I was a little aware of it, but didn't just how bad it could be.

We have similar problems, needing new motorways and pot holes needing to be fixed.

I definitely agree with funerals not being fun.

Sarah, compared to your country, yours are more reliable and efficient than ours believe me. Generally when I travel to other countries before, as long as I have a map, I'll be fine. Thailand was a bad experience for me with cabs. Some of the drivers are rude and they charge excessively if you're a foreigner. But it's pretty cheap there which I liked.

Steph, same for me. I haven't dyed my hair in a long time and I don't plan to anymore.
