That isn't quite true- it was Mia Kirshner in Season 4 and it was a plan between Mia and Carlos to wind up Jon Cassar. Carlos told the story in that hilarious panel video with James Morrison and Louis Lombardi...

I kind of let that pass, only because Tony's jealousy for Jack and Nina's relationship was getting involved with his brain at the beginning of the day... by the end, he just keeps seeing everything Jack's going through and kind of softens towards him even though he dislikes Jack/Nina relationship. Nina also gets some credit for letting Tony warm up to Jack, because Tony was working with Nina on some things that could've gotten them both fired.

Nina was a very great undercover for sure.

no she didn't care for jack. not as a lover, a friend or a boss. same with tony. she was just using them to get access to everything.

until the end of hour 23 of season one she is a very well concealed sociopath, who pretends to care for people and manipulates them....

She was a manipulative, that much was definitely true.

I always go back to that moment. People would've been shocked that Jack would've done something as cruel as that and people would've loved Nina, saying all the wonderful things she did for him and her loyalty towards him. lol
Jack also probably would've been guilty but Teri would've been alive and he would've had another child right now.

^ Agreed. after everything she did for Jack during that whole season... Nina mole revelation will always be shocking, and just thinking all the scenarios that could've happen to avoid that.
