Second Michelle thanks. Glad that you liked it and that you weren't distracted that much by my accent. I will do something in Bulgarian next week. Right now I'm visiting the parents (medical exams that I will talk about in my post) so I am unable.

So I went to doctor today to check my last results. I do have some protein in my urine over the normal referent amount that so I will have to go to kidney specialist to check this too. I will continue taking medication for a month and then I am on another exam.

As for introduced foods - yogurt, more acid fruits that I love, tomatoes, tea. And I definitely have more appetite than before. I could also tolerate far more meat.

P.S (bold because it's important): Your volleyball team play against Poland today and tomorrow. Today's game is after 2:30 hours so if you are interested you could check them out. We unfortunately lost against Brazil with 3:1, but I expected this.

Koni, sounds good about next week. Yes, I was loving both your accent and your beautiful voice. You can tell your voice is talented because it's so pretty when you hit very difficult notes. You have a talent for sure. I will try to scramble and see about the score of the game. Lots of chaos here with the celebration of the 4th sort of extending into the weekend. LOL

That sucks about the protein. Do they have any idea what might be going on?

No I haven't. I know a version that is half English, half French, but I have no idea about techno version.

Michelle I assume you mean when I hit higher tones where my voice gets weaker. The Bulgarian song I plan to play might have more of this.

About the proteins I have no idea and the doctors too which is why they forwarded me to a kidney specialist (they gave me specific name so we will see what he will find out).

I hope the kidney specialist figures it out for you. About three years ago, I had protein in my urine. It wasn't just a trace, either. It was a small amount but more than enough to wonder why I had it if I didn't have a kidney infection. I had extensive kidney tests done, both in the blood and urine, along with imaging, and they couldn't figure out why I had it. I was told to come back in six months for a recheck. At that time, zero protein was found in the urine and that has maintained. Matter of fact, I just had a test for a UTI on Wednesday and it was negative for protein. There was a trace of blood but that's normal and not a concern especially given my hormonal state and the dryness it causes, etc.

So whatever the protein was back then, somehow worked itself out. I don't think I'm the norm though since there's usually a reason. LOL

I just got back from an amazing Farmers Market. I purchased a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables. Yum. The rest of my day will be spent catching up on work. Two Cleveland friends surprised me and are flying in tonight, staying until Wednesday so I am looking forward to that.

Koni, I have a computer question... I have been very careful about not giving out my email to places where I could pick up spam mail. Well, something weird happened since all of a sudden I am receiving lots of spam. I will unsubscribe if there's an option so hopefully I am getting rid of most of these places. I mean, it's not a ton but it's like about 5 times a day now compared to 0 before. I must have been careless in the past week and now my email is floating around a bit.

Do you know how to stop spam? It's probably an impossible question, I know. lol

Yes unsubscribing is a good option. Also just add to those spam emails spam filtering to put them automatically in the spam folder that is cleared out regularly. This way you won't see them.

You should check your mail settings. Mine could do this. This way I'm not even bothered by the spam because it's not in my Inbox.

Yes, I mean, it won't go to my inbox, it just goes to that spam folder thingy but I need to delete it to get it permanently deleted if that makes sense?

I wonder what I did to cause this spam. I obviously clicked on something that created different sites to start sending me stuff. Oh well. lol

I think that some mail clients even have the option to block certain email addresses and to not receive mail from them. You just need to check whether your mail client provides this functionality.
